WHK's Caps and Bottle Stoppers Are Top of the Line at a Reasonable Price.

Come Out and Meet Us at MD&M Minneapolis, November 8-9, 2017 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Booth 2540.

When you're putting together manifold assemblies for your biopharm and lab projects, quality counts. You need caps and bottle stoppers that you can rely on, time after time, every time, but at a price that won't break the bank. That's WHK.

Our stoppers are made out of the same TPE as our tubing. After all, like materials have the best bonding strength.  And since our stoppers are made out of the very same material as the tubing, there's no need for any additional material validations. Our stoppers are the only ones on the market that have strain reliefs on the top to keep tubing from kinking.  They're all molded and assembled in our Class VI Cleanroom, made right here in Clearwater, Florida, USA.

Our caps and stoppers come in the three  most popular sizes:  38mm, 45mm and 53mm. Tubing lengths are customizable.  So are assembly accessories, including clamps, filters, plugs and caps.  We place a V-notch on the bottom of the end of the tubing to make sure that the entire contents of the bottle are sucked out.  We can deliver the caps with the stoppers already inserted, if desired.  Custom packaging is available.

What Tubing is Used to Make Our Stoppers?

Our WHK Class VI bioparmaceutical tubing is used in all of our bottle stoppers. It meets all biopharmaceutical requirements.  It's flexible, sterilizable, weldable and moldable.  It's Gamma and ETO compatible, silicone oil-free, meets USP <88> Class VI, is UV protected, animal derived component free (ADCF), Phthalate-free, BPA-free, REACH and RoHS compliant, as well as FDA, ASTM and ANSI compliant.
